Show and Tell- Our day at the Zoo
We finally made it to the Zoo today, YAY! We had a great day out it was lots of fun. The weather started fairly miserably and we got caught in the rain, but it cleared to be a beautiful day. The animals are amazing , there are so many that I could have easily taken home, hey our back yard is big enough! Max did ok with all the walking post Chemo better than me on some of the hills ! We were like big kids running on excitement and then got home totally exhausted.
Show and Tell is a good excuse to show some photos of the beautiful animals we saw today.

Good god woman, you always put up such great shots - I don't know which one's my favorite? I lean toward the giraffe butt just cuz I love giraffes and it's a butt, so that's fun, but I think the nostril one is a cool angle. Hard to decide...

Wow great photos - I particularly like the ones of the city but only cos they remind me of my trip to Australia back in March!! I still can't believe that I have actually been to Sydney - I will have to have another trip just to reasure myself that I actually went!!

I have almost the exact same shot of the giraffes that I took on our honeymoon over FIFTEEN years ago. :-)

I love your scenery. One of the bad things about living somewhere where it it so flat - you just can't see anything.
I'm so jealous. Do you know how long it takes me to take that many decent photos? I'm lucky to get one in a whole day. Also, animals. You just seem to be able to make a good pic out of any situation!

Fun zoo pics! I especially like the ones with the city skyline behind. I have an old one of our zoo with the city in the background, except it isn't an animal's pen but rather the prehistoric park filled with dinosaurs!
